A matched pair of tall-back side chairs with arched, tripartite cartouche crests, slender turned uprights, and hand-woven cane panels to the backs and seats. The bases feature block-and-baluster turned legs joined by an H-stretcher and a bold urn-centered front stretcher. Old dark finish with age wear; likely made in a 19th–early 20th century revival of early 18th-century Portuguese Baroque forms.
