This appears to be a vintage exhibition or decorative poster after Marino Marini, not an original hand-signed, limited-edition lithograph. The in-plate printed date and printed signature in the image area are typical of posters produced to promote exhibitions or to reproduce well-known compositions. Colors present strongly with Marini’s familiar horse-and-rider theme on a saturated orange ground. If pencil signature, edition number, or a publisher’s blindstamp (e.g., Mourlot, Poligrafa) were present in the lower margin, value could be far higher; however, none are visible here. A word about fakes.. vintage art posters and ‘after’ prints are heavily reproduced in the market; beware modern digital (giclée) reprints on glossy or inkjet paper with artificially added printed signatures. Based on what is visible, this reads as a period poster from the 1970s rather than a contemporary reprint, but confirmation would require inspection out of the frame for paper type, printer’s credit, and margins.
