Description:
A shallow circular dish painted in underglaze cobalt blue with a central scaly dragon amid ruyi-shaped clouds, surrounded by further dragons on the cavetto; characteristic heaping-and-piling cobalt, scattered firing specks, and an iron-brown dressed rim segment. Likely Zhangzhou (Swatow) export ware.

Assessment:
The energetic but somewhat rustic brushwork, the heaped-and-piled cobalt, and the iron-brown ‘chocolate’ rim are all consistent with late-Ming Zhangzhou (Swatow) export dishes. However, confirmation requires a clear view of the base and footring (coarse buff paste, sandy foot, and period kiln grit are expected). A word about fakes.. late-Ming blue-and-white, especially dragon-decorated Swatow wares, are frequently reproduced; beware pieces with overly white bodies, uniform modern cobalt, or artificially stained chips. Based on the single front view, I lean cautiously toward Ming-style with possible period age, but cannot authenticate without underside images. {chavatar_catchphrase} 笔触奔放而略显率意、青花有典型的“堆积”效果,以及口沿铁锈色护口,均与明晚期漳州(“汕头”)外销瓷特征相符。但需查看器底与圈足以最后确认(应见浅黄色胎质、粗砂足以及窑渣)。A word about fakes.. 这类明代青花龙纹汕头器伪作甚多,需警惕胎体过白、青料过于均匀或人为做旧的口磕和污渍。目前仅凭正面照,倾向于“明代风格”,或有时代性,但在缺少底部细节前无法下定论。{chavatar_catchphrase}

Condition:
Good (rim frits/chips and surface wear; firing specks; base not shown)
Identification Score: 90%
Form, palette, dragon iconography, and iron-brown rim strongly indicate a Zhangzhou/Swatow blue-and-white dish; identification is high even if precise dating remains uncertain. 器形、用料、云龙纹饰及铁锈色护口均指向福建漳州(汕头)窑青花盘;即便年代尚存疑,门类识别的把握度仍然很高。
Authenticity Score: 55%
Front-only photo shows plausible late-Ming characteristics (brushwork, cobalt, rim dressing, surface wear), but absence of base/foot details prevents confirmation; many modern reproductions exist. 仅见正面,若干特征(笔触、青料堆积、护口与自然磨损)与明晚期相符,但因缺少底部与圈足细节无法确认;且此类器物现代仿品较多,故给出中低可信度。
