Assessment:
The bowl is a well-decorated Qianlong-style example rather than an imperial-period piece. The turquoise ground, lobed rim and lotus-pond motif are classic, but the iron-red stamped Qianlong mark, uniform turquoise base, and painting quality indicate a late Qing/Republic kiln product made in homage to the 18th century. A word about fakes.. Chinese famille rose wares are heavily reproduced; apocryphal Qianlong marks are extremely common, so caution is warranted. This appears to have some honest age and use, consistent with early 20th century manufacture, not 18th century imperial. A word about fakes..

Very Good (minor glaze wear and pinholes; no obvious chips or cracks visible; not professionally assessed)
Identification Score: 85%
Form, palette, turquoise ground, lotus-pond decoration and apocryphal Qianlong seal mark clearly point to a Qianlong-style famille rose bowl; high confidence in type though exact kiln/date cannot be proven from photos alone.
Authenticity Score: 35%
While the piece likely has early 20th-century age, the stamped apocryphal Qianlong mark, glossy even turquoise base, and painting quality suggest a revival/reproduction of Qianlong taste rather than an 18th-century imperial bowl. Without thermoluminescence or hands-on inspection, caution dictates a conservative score.
