This is a Chinese Blanc de Chine (Dehua) porcelain vase of the meiping form, which is a traditional vase shape with a high shoulder and narrow mouth. The body features characteristic relief-molded floral or botanical decoration typical of Dehua wares. The smooth, creamy white glaze is indicative of porcelain from Dehua kilns in Fujian province, celebrated since the Ming dynasty for their high quality, pure white wares.
