Description:

A shallow circular dish with slightly everted rim, painted in underglaze cobalt blue. The center shows a striding dragon within double-line borders; the cavetto with further dragons amid ruyi-shaped clouds. Body appears grayish-white with iron specks and kiln flaws; base not shown.     圆形浅盘，口沿外撇，以釉下青花绘饰。盘心双圈内绘行龙一条，周围及内壁饰云龙纹，伴以如意云。胎体泛灰白并见铁锈点与窑釉缩，底部未见。

Assessment:

Well-known Ming-style design rendered in serviceable brushwork and a grayish cobalt, more consistent with late Qing/Republic revival wares than with 15th–16th century imperial production. The dragon drawing is somewhat loose and dotted scale shading is typical of later copying; the glaze tone and apparent body also read later. Without the base and footrim it cannot be definitively dated, but the balance of evidence favors an early–mid 20th century reproduction of a Ming prototype.
